Recipe for Peace and Better Health
Acknowledge the issue by saying out loud to yourself,
"I am feeling _________________." (Name it)
Take a bathroom break, go for a walk,
find a way to become quiet.

Another idea is praying the solution,
"Thank You, God, that this is going to work out."

Give yourself some kindness and empathy
with a flowing mantra or saying.
