Owasso's Only Yoga Studio - Heal the Past, Live the Present, Dream the Future

This morning, my dear husband finished painting the wall enclosing our yoga studio. I ordered the border to complete the circle of "Heal the past, Live the present, and Dream the future." One of the ladies who practiced with us yesterday morning in the 9:00 a.m. class said, "It looks like a real studio!"

I cried when I saw the wall complete. We still have windows to purchase, a bamboo floor to install, and the outside siding to make it match, but it is real!

Yes, it is a real studio with real people learning to do real yoga postures, core strengthening, and weight lifting. It is a real studio where we are developing yoga communities of friends; whereas, it is not a place where you just show up to exercise and no one speaks to you nor makes you feel welcome. It is a real studio with real hours and regular days and times of practice that you can count on along with a price that you can afford.

Martin Luther King once said, "Faith in oneself, and the ability to achieve things not known, is a most important faith. If you don't believe in yourself, then it will be impossible to truly believe in anything else that you cannot see, touch, feel or physically behold."
I think seeing this dream of having a yoga studio in our home where all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness conditions can exercise, feel welcomed, and know they are prayed for is a blessing that strengthens my faith in God and in the dream that He gave me.

This week Tranquility Yoga has nine classes to offer from weight loss yoga to family yoga to yoga with Pilates to power up yoga. Next week, I am adding a morning class at 9:00 with a special series on "Yoga for Arthritis." Come see what Brian has worked so hard on, and God has provided (all debt free).

Monday through Thursday, December 20 - 23, special series on Arthritis at 9:00 a.m. in addition to all of our regular afternoon and evening classes.
